Golden Haven and Mayan Solutions Officially Kicks Off Website Revamp Project
May 8, 2025
Golden Haven, one of the Philippines' leading memorial real estate developers, has officially launched a major project for a shift to an eCommerce user experience and an integrated online reservation system initiative in partnership with Mayan Solutions. The project was formally kicked off through a contract signing and alignment session held last September 24, 2024, at Brittany Hotel in Global South, attended by key leaders from both companies.
A Shared Vision for Growth and Innovation
“This is the beginning of a new chapter for our brand,” said Estrellita S. Tan, Chief Financial Officer of Golden Haven. “One that will further solidify our commitment to excellence and innovation.”
The project aims to streamline Golden Haven’s digital sales process, enhance the customer journey, and better equip internal teams with tools that promote operational efficiency. With over 30 branches and more than 700 employees nationwide, the scale of this initiative marks a bold step toward digital transformation in the memorial development sector.
Led by IT, Powered by Collaboration
The Mayan Solutions team will be working closely with Vivian Martin, Head of the IT Department at Golden Haven, who is also the project owner for this initiative. With her guidance, the teams are aligned in building a platform that addresses both internal and customer-facing needs, built for scale and long-term success.
Golden Haven Operations Head Tessie Lanot emphasized that the output of this project will drive the company’s long-term progress. “The main objective is to really make sure that this will be turned into a very good and successful sales engine for Golden Haven.”
As someone who has witnessed the company’s evolution, Division Head Annalyn Anero highlighted the importance of cross-functional teamwork: “Working together with the right people and ensuring everyone is aligned toward the same goal - that’s key.”
Aligning Values and Execution
Compliance Officer and Finance Head Kate Cator shared that the project's success will depend on the same values that have always driven Golden Haven: teamwork, competitive spirit, and closeness to customers.
“These values have shaped us into the company we are today,” she said. “We also want to find these values in Mayan Solutions, who are now part of our team.”
Mayan’s Commitment to Excellence
Kim Nicole Montano, CEO of Mayan Solutions, highlighted the importance of being on the ground and immersing in the client’s business as non-negotiable. “We want to see, hear, and feel the business. We want to experience things as we improve those experiences for you.”
He also emphasized the connection between technology and adaptability. “In tech, you can’t separate technology without adaptability. We will spare no effort in making this project successful,” Kim stated.
A Game-Changing Partnership
CFO Estrellita Tan closed the kickoff with a powerful message: “We want to be a game changer, not only within Golden Haven but in the entire memorial development industry. Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out, and that’s what this team is prepared to do.”
As the project moves into full execution, both teams look forward to a close, collaborative relationship that will set a new benchmark in digital experience and operational transformation in the industry.
